Taking place at our offices in Istanbul, this one-day course will look at the best practice of establishing and setting up a successful H2020 Project Management Office as part of your Technology Transfer Office (TTO). It will focus on:
- how to define a university’s international research strategy
- how this strategy can be implemented in the most cost-effective way whilst at the same time increasing the impact of projects in its portfolio
- efficient and compliant contract management and auditing processes
- the importance of business planning not just for this year but as a part ongoing strategy for future years.
Okan Kara, Managing Director of Pera EEMEA, said “This training course, delivered in partnership with UCL will bring together our experience of technology transfer and European-funded collaborative programmes, which will be invaluable in helping universities to use their intellectual property for industrial and commercial success.”
